By creating an account, booking tickets, registering for events, or using any service provided by the Grey Slender Loris Sanctuary, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or access our facilities.

Account Creation:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may maintain only one active account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• False or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion

Booking Policy:

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Tickets must be booked in advance through our official website
• Entry is valid only for the date and time specified on the ticket
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated
• Valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at entry

Payment Terms:

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking
• We accept payments through Razorpay and other authorized payment gateways
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment confirmation will be sent via email upon successful transaction

Cancellation & Refund:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the visit date for a full refund
• Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will receive a 50% refund
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the visit
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• The sanctuary reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances

Code of Conduct:

All visitors must:

• Follow all instructions given by sanctuary staff and guides
• Maintain a safe distance from all animals at all times
• Respect the natural habitat and refrain from littering
• Keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbing wildlife
• Not feed, touch, or attempt to interact with any animals
• Stay on designated paths and viewing areas
• Not smoke or consume alcohol within sanctuary premises

Prohibited Activities:

• Use of flash photography near sensitive wildlife areas
• Bringing outside food or beverages (except water)
• Playing loud music or causing disturbances
• Collecting plants, rocks, or any natural materials
• Bringing pets or domestic animals
• Using drones or aerial photography equipment without prior permission

The Grey Slender Loris is protected under Schedule I of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972. Any act that causes harm, disturbance, or stress to the animals is a punishable offense under Indian law.

• All proceeds support conservation and rescue efforts
• We maintain the highest standards of animal welfare
• Visitor experiences are designed to minimize wildlife disturbance
• We actively participate in research and breeding programs

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

• Personal data is used solely for service delivery and communication
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law
